Preliminary vibromonitoring system
The preliminary monitoring system allows to carry out the control of a object’s condition by means of vibration and acoustic emission sensors.
System capable of sending control signals (to trigger the warning signal for example) in case of situation which leading to the decay or destruction of the monitored object.
Areas of application:
- Quality control of products;
- Accurate diagnostics of machines with rotating parts and machinery;
- Laboratory analysis (identification of the sound source, acoustic testing of materials, structural dynamic tests).
Main features:
- Frequency control by means of FFT-analysis of the input signal;
- Monitoring of the input signal in real time.
